The Navigator Job Search Coaching Program is a customized four-session process guiding you step by step through the AdvantEdge Job Search Process™.

 

The Navigator Program includes:

 

  • Session 1. Job Search Action Plan and Elevator Pitch Development (AC Steps 1-3): Client intake and current job search plan analysis. Review of existing personal branding materials (Elevator Pitch; Resume; Cover Letter; and LinkedIn Profile). Written report to optimize job search plan and personal branding materials. Includes development of baseline elevator pitch.

  • Session 2. Resume and Cover Letter Development & Optimization Session (AC Steps 4-5): Review current resume and produce professionally designed and formatted new resume. Customization for your career target and value proposition. Keyword optimization for the target job. ATS scan optimization report and process coaching included. Two formats of your resume are provided (PDF and MS Word). Includes development of baseline cover letter for the target job.

  • Session 3. LinkedIn Profile Development and Network Expansion Session (AC Steps 6-8): Update baseline LinkedIn profile to reflect new resume and personal branding. Online review of all LinkedIn profile settings to align with new job search plan. Coaching on techniques to leverage the LinkedIn platform for the development of a professional job search network.

  • Session 4: Interview Essentials and Job Offer Process Session (AC Steps 9-12): Focus on interview skills training and personalized responses to common interview questions. The output of the session will be a video recording (MP4) of your practice session focused on a specific job opportunity and an improved level of confidence in your abilities to master the interview process. Includes coaching on job offer evaluation and first 90 days in the new position.

 

  • AdvantEdge Guidebook (Navigator Edition): Step-by-step instructions that guide you logically through the AdvantEdge Job Search Process™.
